What is the client portal and why is it needed?


The client portal allows us to have all clients in one organized location. It is where clients can request services, give instructions for pet sitting services, receive homework or other documents/resources for training services, pay any invoices, and view their upcoming scheduled services. We will also use the messaging portion of the portal to give updates during sittings. And yes, there's an app for that! Available in Google Play Store and App Store for iOS, you can download the Time To Pet app to make communication easier.
