What is the client portal and why is it needed?*
The client portal provides a centralized and organized platform for all clients. Through the portal, clients can request services, submit information for pet sitting/dog walking, receive homework and other training-related documents or resources, pay invoices, and view their upcoming scheduled services. The portal’s messaging feature will also be used to share updates during pet sitting/dog walking services. And yes, there's an app for that! Available in Google Play Store and App Store for iOS, you can download the Time To Pet app to make communication easier.
*Client’s for Bailey’s Bridal Service do not need to create a client portal.
